Kelowna Falcons

’16 Schedule Unveiled

Fresh off their first ever Division pennant the Kelowna Falcons are pleased to announce their 2016 schedule.

The defending Eastern Division champions will open the season at home on Friday June 3rd at Elks Stadium when they welcome in the Bellingham Bells.

The Falcons will play a total of 54 regular season games, concluding on Sunday August 7th, two days prior to the opening of the post season.  The most difficult stretch for the Falcons will come from June 30-July 14th.  In this 15 day span the Falcons will play 12 road games and just three home games, travelling to Victoria, Wenatchee, Cowlitz and Kitsap.

The West Coast League (WCL) has again realigned to a two-division structure, with a north and south division.  The Falcons will play in the north division combined with Victoria, Bellingham, Wenatchee and Walla Walla.  Unfortunately the Falcons will not get to face the Bend Elks during the regular season, the team that beat them in the championship series last August.

Beginning June 17th the Falcons will face the newest WCL franchise, the Gresham Greywolves, part of a six game road trip.  Fans in Kelowna will then see the Greywolves at Elks Stadium July 6-8th.
The WCL All-Star Game will take place Tuesday July 19th in Cowlitz hosted by the Black Bears.

Season tickets and 10-game punch cards for the 2016 season are available now by calling the Falcons headquarters at 250-763-4100.
