“Cant” Miss

For the second straight year former Falcons head coach Al Cantwell has been named the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) baseball Coach of the Year.

Cantwell led the LSUS Pilots to a 38-18 record in 2015-2016.  This past Monday the Pilots won their fifth RRAC championship blasting the top ranked and rival LSU Alexandria 11-1.  With the win, the Pilots earned an automatic berth in the 2016 NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round on May 17-20.

Cantwell was in Kelowna for the summers of 2011 and 2012.

This season the Falcons open the summer on June 3rd at home when they host the Bellingham Bells.  Season tickets and 10-game punch cards are available now by calling the Falcons headquarters, 250-763-4100.
