Kelowna Falcons

Line Up Pop

After adding a number of pitchers to the staff manager Bryan Donohue needed some pop in the line-up and has landed Max Modeste out of Seattle University.

The sophomore has four homeruns and 11 RBIs through the first 17 games of this season.  He has the third highest team slugging percentage at .450.

Last season he hit .266 with four homers, 10 runs scored and six doubles and was solid defensively with 29 putouts and an assist in the outfield.

He is a multi-sport athlete playing basketball in high school as well and was a Gold Merit winner all four years.

Modeste is the son of Edward and Kathleen and has an older brother named Scott who played baseball for Oral Roberts University. He is currently a pre-major.

The slugger will join the Falcons in time for the June 2nd opener at Elks Stadium.  Season tickets are available now by calling 250.763.4100.
