Kelowna Falcons

Canadian Outfield

A pair of Canadians will roam the Falcons outfield this summer as the club has resigned Davis Todosichuk and signed UBC Thunderbird Lucas Soper.

Last summer Todosichuk, the Kelowna native played in 33 games for the Falcons batting .214 with 12 hits, a pair of doubles and eight RBIs.  He collected his first WCL hit at Elks Stadium against Bellingham, the very field he watched Falcons’ teams of the past.

Defensively he played errorless baseball in 33 games and 182.6 innings.  The OC Coyote collected 67 putouts and had five assists.

Soper is currently a sophomore with the Thunderbirds and hitting .294 with two doubles, three RBI and five steals.  The Kitsilano grad also has nine putouts defensively.

In the classroom he is in the Arts program.

Both players will be in Kelowna for the start of the 2017 summer on June 2nd when the Falcons host the Port Angeles Lefties, formally the Kitsap Bluejackets.

Season tickets are available now by calling 250-763-4100.
