Fireworks A Go!

The Kelowna Falcons have your Canada Day fireworks covered.

With the recent news of Festivals Kelowna postponing the Canada Day fireworks, the Falcons are proud to announce a fireworks show following their home game on Wednesday night.

The fireworks show will take place post game and is free to watch with a game ticket.

Wednesday night is also the annual Firefighters Burn Fund Fundraiser game.  A number of members from the Kelowna Fire Department will be on hand with games, a truck and prizes.  All gate admission will be donated to the fund.

“It’s one of our favourite games of the season,” says General Manager Mark Nonis.  “The firefighters have been so great the few years coming out to support the game and we expect another great night.  After the announcement of the Canada Day fireworks we’re excited to offer this our fans.”

Immediately following the game on Wednesday an on-field concert will take place with a live performance as the firefighters set up the fireworks.

The Falcons host the Cowlitz Black Bears that night and tickets are available at the Main Fire Hall on Enterprise Way.
