The Kelowna Falcons Baseball Club is pleased to have 5 former players on the roster for Major League Baseball’s Opening Day to kick off the 2019 season.
The West Coast League will be well represented in today’s festivities with 25 total WCL alumni hitting the field for Opening Day. Chris Davis (Baltimore Orioles), James Paxton (New York Yankees), Ryan Tepera (Toronto Blue Jays), Connor Joe (San Francisco Giants) and Phil Maton (San Diego Padres) all represent past Falcons who are on the roster for MLB clubs today.

The Falcons will open their 2019 season on the road against the Bellingham Bells beginning on Tuesday, June 4th before coming back to Kelowna for their home-opening series to host the newest team in the WCL, the Ridgefield Raptors for a three-game series beginning on Friday, June 7th.
