Double Double

What a day for a doubleheader as the Falcons welcome the Nanaimo NightOwls for two games on Saturday to wrap up their seasonal series. The NightOwls took the first game on Thursday after the Falcons scored a pair of wins on the Island last week.

Fans today can enjoy two games for the price of one at Elks Stadium under this Saturday sunshine! In game 1 at 4:00pm, Jasper Nelson will get the start for the home side, followed by Sean Fekete in game 2. Both games today will be seven innings.

In the standings the Falcons trail the NightOwls by half a game but have three games in hand coming into today. This twin bill is also the last home games for the Falcons in the month of June. Following today the club will embark on a six-game road trip into the United States taking them through Wenatchee and Walla Walla before returning home on Tuesday July 5th.

For today’s doubleheader fans can pick up tickets at the front gate, which will open at 3:00pm. Tickets can also be reserved online HERE.
