Players of Series

The Kelowna Falcons are proud to announce that Trey Duffield in the Player of the Series for the three-game set in Portland over the weekend.

He played in the first two games, collected a pair of doubles and four RBIs on the offensive side. He also scored a run and stole a base in a critical situation.

On the defensive side he threw out a runner from right field getting the team out of a dangerous jam in the first game of the series.

Along with Duffield, right-handed reliever Parker Primeaux is the Falcons Pitcher of the Series.

He came out of the pen in game two and shut the Pickles down over the course of 2.1 innings. He faced 11 batters and struck out five of them holding the opposition to bat .125.

The Falcons begin a three-game series with the Nanaimo NightOwls on Tuesday presented by Stutters Restoration. Admission to this game is free. Game two of the series goes Wednesday night before Thursday’s finale.
