Bell Rung
Tuesday night was a tough one for the Kelowna Falcons, falling 9-1 in Bellingham to the Bells in opening a six-game road trip.
The Falcons lone run didn’t come until the eighth inning when Jaxon Byrd came around to score after walking earlier in the inning.
The game and pitching staffs were very even until the fourth inning when the Bells erupted for six runs off reliever Mason Sweeney. It was a hole too big for the Falcons to fly out of against the League’s top pitching staff.
Wednesday night the Falcons will get a chance to even the series with Sam Hill on the bump. The first pitch is set for 6:35pm.
