Mayor Opens Season

The Falcons (2-1) are pleased to announce Mayor Colin Basran will throw out the ceremonial opening pitch at the Falcons home opener on Tuesday night against the Yakima Pippins (3-0) presented by TELUS and Cisco.

Join the Mayor and the festivities when the gates open at 5:30pm.  The opening pitch is set for 6:35pm and admission is FREE courtesy of TELUS and Cisco!

Mayor Basran becomes the first mayor to throw out the opening pitch in recent memory.

The Falcons have won two straight after winning their opening series this past weekend in Victoria, collecting 26 hits and 13 runs in the final two games.

Practice up Mayor, we are looking forward to seeing you on the bump … don’t forget to open your eyes 😉
