Grissom Honoured

The Falcons are pleased to announce that second baseman Tyler Grissom has been named a West Coast Second Team All-Star.

In 32 games this season he had 118 plate appearances collecting 32 hits, led the club with 12 doubles, had 2 homers , a triple and 14 RBIs good for a .271 batting average. He even scored 16 times and swiped three bases.

In the field Grissom made 47 put-outs and had 76 defensive assists playing the very busy middle infield.

Grissom is the only Falcons’ player to be named to either the First or Second Team All-Stars this season. Matt Voelzke was given an Honourable Mention.
