Kelowna Falcons

Richmond & Fekete

It was a good trip to Nanaimo for the Falcons winning two of the three games. Both the offence and pitching staff seemed to have found a grove against the NightOwls as we are proud to announce the Player and Pitcher of the Series presented by Wildfire Marketing.

Player of the Series
CJ Richmond – Western Illinois University, Indianapolis, IN

He played two of the three games in Nanaimo and was dialed in. He hit .500 against the NightOwls highlighted by a three-run homerun in game two, which was his second big blast of the year. He also collected a double, tallied four RBIs, scored a pair of runs, had three walks and eight putouts. He showed his versatility playing at first base and in rightfield during the series.
