Pickled
The Falcons opened their final series of the summer on Tuesday night in Portland and things didn’t go to plan losing 15-0 to the Pickles.
The home side scored 11 runs in the first three innings and cruised to the lopsided win with 14 total hits.
Conversely the Falcons hitters could only muster three hits coming off the bats Eddie Fines, Raphael Smeenk and Austin Burd.
It was a tough night all around as the club looks to bounce back on Wednesday night in game two of the series. Kelowna’s Barrett Froehler will start on the bump.
