The lefthanded hitting Sam Flores will return to the Falcons roster this upcoming summer looking for even more production from last year.

In 2023, he played in 35 games, hitting .292 with 35 hits, eight doubles, two homers and knocked in 20 runs. He showed his patience at the plate and led the team with 24 walks, was hit by five pitches and even scored 15 runs.

He enters his junior season at McLennan College in Texas and will no doubt play a primary role for the Highlanders. He will have plenty of plate appearances before returning to Kelowna for the home opener on May 31st.
