Righty Added

Our ballclub is proud to announce the addition of righthanded pitcher Bryan Fernandez to our 2024 pitching staff.
He is a freshman from Anaheim California currently enrolled at Chaminade University of Honolulu. He has not taken the bump so far this spring but will no doubt get his opportunities before coming to Kelowna this summer.
In 2023 he graduated from Crean Lutheran high school in Irvine California and was instrumental in helping his team reach the Division 4 state championship game. He also earned the Scholar Athlete Award last year.
Fernandez is majoring in Environmental Science and is hoping to stay in Hawaii once he graduates to help protect the environment. He is an active hiker who will no doubt enjoy Knox Mountain and all the other trails around Kelowna and the Okanagan once he arrives. He also likes to fish and hit the beach.
