Texan Pitchers

A pair of pitchers from Texas have been signed to our 2024 roster.
It’s be a “Luna” moon this summer as our club is pleased to announce the signing of lefthanded pitcher JJ Luna (pictured) from West Texas A&M.
The sophomore from Dallas is expected to come out of the bullpen this spring at school. Once coming to Kelowna, Luna will be able to show off his versatility as either a starter or a reliever.
Another Texan has also been added to our pitching staff as we are proud to announce righty Hunter Ditsworth will join our roster from Angelina College.
He’s big powerful sophomore who was named the District Pitcher of the Year in his senior year of high school in 2022. So far this spring he has made eight appearances, thrown 16.1 innings, has a win and has fanned eight batters.
He was part of the Lufkin Texas “Thundering 13” that won the 2017 Little League World Series National Championship, then finished second to Japan overall.
